Featuring a sleek IPS display with 1080p resolution, it supports multiple participants simultaneously annotating shared content using various markup styles, significantly boosting meeting productivity.

The device includes an active capacitive pen that replicates a natural writing sensation, delivering precision and a realistic handwriting experience. Up to four CTP20 units can connect to a single Yealink video conferencing device for synchronous whiteboard collaboration, allowing real-time, latency-free interactions.

Beyond annotation, the CTP20 serves as a touchable meeting control center: users can preview and adjust cameras, start or stop recordings, invite participants, and manage other meeting functions directly on-screen. Integration with Yealink’s Wireless Presentation Pod (WPP20) enables reverse control for seamless multi-screen interaction and PC content management.
