The Ubiquiti UniFi USW-16-POE is a robust, fanless, Layer 2 managed Gigabit switch designed for seamless small office and enterprise network deployments. It features sixteen RJ45 Gigabit Ethernet ports: eight auto-sensing 802.3at PoE+ ports delivering up to 32 W per port, and eight standard Gigabit ports, alongside two 1G SFP fiber uplink ports for high-speed networking flexibility. With a total PoE power budget of 42 W, it supports efficient network device powering.

Built with a compact, silent fanless 1U rack-mountable design, measuring 442 x 200 x 44 mm, and housed in durable SGCC steel, it fits a wide range of rack depths (400–1200 mm). The switch supports extensive Layer 2 features such as LACP port aggregation, Spanning Tree Protocols (STP & RSTP), IGMP snooping, 802.1X network access control, MAC-based access control lists (ACLs), DHCP snooping and guarding, port mirroring, jumbo frames, and rate-limiting mechanisms.

Powered by an internal 60 W AC/DC power supply with universal 100–240 V AC input, its maximum power consumption (including PoE output) is 60 W. The unit operates reliably within an ambient temperature range of -5 to 40°C and humidity range of 10–90% non-condensing.
