This device supports two-way full duplex audio communication with advanced acoustic echo cancelling, as well as half duplex push-to-talk capabilities via both the phone keypad and an on-device call button. Featuring a 12-key backlit keypad with programmable speed dial, it enables secure access control with support for up to 500 user codes and configurable scheduling including blacklisting.

Built for flexibility, the intercom supports simultaneous SIP and multicast paging, allowing direct page reception from Poly phones and multicast-capable devices. It includes a configurable onboard relay rated at 1 A @ 30 VDC for secure door or gate control, alongside door closure and tamper alert signals. Network security is prioritized with TLS 1.2 mutual authentication, SRTP encryption, HTTPS web configuration (enabled by default), and VLAN tagging. The intercom is PoE 802.3af compliant, simplifying installation with a single Ethernet connection, or alternatively powered by a regulated 8 to 12 VDC supply.
